If your loved one needed medical care could you help them find it?  Our founder, a doctor, thought he could... until his mom developed Alzheimer's.  Despite his knowledge and connections, he struggled to find the expertise she needed in her own home town. Health plans and hospital systems offered limited detail on their providers' expertise, and searching was not user-friendly.
